Large-scale work has begun on the reconstruction of the bicycle path on Batumi Boulevard. Within the framework of the project, the old bicycle path will be rehabilitated and a monolithic reinforced concrete bicycle path provided by modern standards will be arranged. The project area includes the bicycle path from the old boulevard to the new boulevard, to the area adjacent to the amphitheater, the total length of which is 6,000 longitudinal meters. The updated bicycle path will make cycling comfortable and safe. The project will be completed before the summer tourist season of this year. In the course of the works, cycling will be temporarily restricted on certain sections, for which we apologize for the inconvenience caused to cycling enthusiasts and garden visitors. The project was developed on the basis of the Batumi Boulevard development plan and agreed with the Cultural Heritage Protection Agency of Ajara.
