The public legal entity “Batumi Boulevard” (hereinafter "Customer") is a legal entity of public law created on the basis of the property of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On the Public Legal Entity” established by the Decree of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, and is part of Ministry of Finance and Economics system of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.

Batumi Boulevard manages and maintains property under its jurisdiction, is authorized to use the property in the forms provided for by the Civil Code of Georgia and to establish appropriate conditions for it, implements necessary and required infrastructure improvements, creates recreation facilities for visitors and favorable environment for tourism, performs green plant maintenance, restoration and refurbishment works in the Boulevard area.
