On August 16, 17 and 18, Batumi Boulevard hosted the International Black Sea Wine Festival. The festival featured about a hundred wine cellars, ethno culinary exhibitions - varieties of georgian cheese, chiri (dried fruits) and churchkhela, a master class of traditional dishes.

Within the framework of the Wine Festival an exhibition-sale of traditional georgian artisans' handicrafts products (felt, enamel, clay, etc), contemporary georgian artists and also a concert by Niaz Diasamidze, "Frani" and "Region" was held at the Batumi Boulevard Colonnades.

The International Black Sea Wine Festival was organized by the Georgian Wine Fundation. The event was supported by Batumi Boulevard.
